A wine is called organic when it comes from 100% organic grapes grown without the use of chemical agents and whose vinification in the cellar took place thanks to the use of certified organic wine products and a limited quantity of sulphites.

A natural wine it is a wine that is made from organic grapes, through spontaneous fermentation of the must, without adding other substances.
