The Flavia Rebellious Wines family is a mélange of cultural dimensions that derive from skilled hands and industrious minds handed down for four generations who deeply believe in the values of craftsmanship, native vines and the final quality of a wine that is authentic. The family history is made up of rigor and constancy, since 1860 they have been taking care of their land and their vineyards.
The choice to produce organically is an effective choice for the well-being of each individual but also for the planet, the sustainable choice is a direct vote for the health and hope of the generations to come. The main objective is not to achieve high production levels, but to maintain and increase the levels of organic matter in the soils by reducing or completely eliminating the contribution of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides to fight parasites.

We are on the northern side of the Etna DOC, between the Zottorinoto and Puntalepalino districts, at an altitude of 750-900 meters above sea level
