Organic and Natural Wine
It is a natural wine composed half of zibibbo grapes and half of catarratto grapes. The grapes are harvested between August and September with a twenty-day fermentation in steel vats, without carrying out the malolactic fermentation.
With a bright straw yellow color, the nose has notes of orange blossom, peach and jasmine, the taste is intensely aromatic and lively freshness.
Ideal with all types of fish, it finds its best match with crustacean crudités.
