"ALLE '" CATARRATTO / ZIBIBBO IGP BIO
It is a natural wine made up half of Zibibbo grapes and half of Catarratto grapes. The grapes are harvested between August and September with a fermentation in steel vats for twenty days, without carrying out the malolactic.
With a bright straw yellow color, the nose has notes of orange blossom, peach and jasmine, the taste is intensely aromatic and with a lively freshness.
Ideal with all types of fish, it finds its best combination with crudités of crustaceans.
