Collection: OMNIA WINES

The Omnia Wines winery is located in Spessa di Cividale in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, on a hill formed millions of years ago by the disintegration of marl and sandstone rocks .

About 10 hectares of vineyards, certified organic , border the Bosco Romagno and the Corno stream, which give a unique and variable microclimate based on the position of the rows, which contributes to giving an incredible complexity to the wines .

The highest part of the vineyard, in fact, enjoys excellent exposure to the sun and strong ventilation, while the lower part is influenced by the humidity generated by the forest and the river.

Respect for the environment and nature is a priority, which is why the vineyard is treated respecting the dogmas of organic farming. Weed control is carried out exclusively by mechanical means, while both dry pruning and green pruning are done manually.

The wines are produced only with our own grapes , which are harvested by hand and
vinified with care and attention and whose production normally does not exceed 35
quintals / hectare.
