Bright garnet in colour , it has an intense, persistent, ample and ethereal bouquet. Cannonau di Sardegna tolerates long ageing. It should be kept in a cool cellar, at a constant and dark temperature. Ideal with very structured dishes such as red meats, feathered and furred game, also excellent with pecorino cheese.
