SPARKLING COLFONDO ROSE

DESCRIPTION
Like "N'Ombra De Sol" by the same producer, this wine is also the testimony of the viticultural and enological tradition of this area; it is a "colfondo" wine which allows it to make the second fermentation in the bottle spontaneously during the spring season. It belongs to the sparkling type and comes from grapes grown only within the Valdobbiadene DOCG.

The presence of natural yeasts acts as a natural preservative, making it particularly digestible thanks also to the zero residual sugar (0 g/l) and a very small presence of sulphites.

In this case the delicate rosé color comes from Raboso, an autochthonous vine of the area and included in this particular version of "colfondo" wine. Simply unobtainable.
