 Color Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Scent Varietal typical of Sauvignon with hints of tropical fruit, citrus notes and white flowers. Flavor Complex, fresh and persistent.

PRODUCTION AREA
 Valtellina at 430-530 m asl Average yield per hectare 9,000 kilograms of grapes.

HOW TO SERVE IT
Alcohol content: 12%. Serving temperature 13° Glass - Ovoid goblets First courses, white meats, mussels, shellfish, fish and slightly aged cheeses.
