"N'OMBRA DE SOL" SPARKLING GLERA COLFONDO
N'Ombra De Sol bears witness to the viticultural and enological tradition of this area; it is a Col Fondo wine which allows it to spontaneously make the second fermentation in the bottle during the spring season.
It belongs to the sparkling type and comes from grapes grown only within the Valdobbiadene DOCG. The presence of natural yeasts acts as a natural preservative, making it particularly digestible thanks also to the zero residual sugar (0 g/l) and a very small presence of sulphites.
Pizza, but excellent throughout the meal, from meat to fish.
Fruity, "bread crust" due to yeast.
Straw yellow, light and fine perlage.
