It has a deep ruby red color and a full and enveloping bouquet, with notes of wild berries combined with hints of juniper, tobacco and coffee. The fruit and acidity given by the Corvina, the spices and the softness of the Syrah, combined with the aging in the cellar are best expressed in this red with a beautiful structure and tannins, endowed with great potential in terms of longevity.
The gustatory persistence of this great wine goes perfectly with dishes having a similar sensorial quality in particular if enriched with spices and aromatic herbs, such as in rich meat-based preparations, braised meats and stews. Also excellent with particularly tasty meats such as lamb and kid.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 18 °C in a large glass.
