It has a deep ruby red color and a broad and enveloping aroma, with notes of wild berries combined with hints of juniper, tobacco and coffee. The fruit and acidity given by Corvina, the spices and softness of Syrah, combined with the aging in the cellar, are best expressed in this red with beautiful structure and tannins, with great potential in terms of longevity.
The gustative persistence of this great wine goes perfectly with dishes that have a similar sensorial quality, particularly if enriched with spices and aromatic herbs, such as in rich meat-based preparations, braised meats and stews. Also excellent with particularly tasty meats such as lamb and kid.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 18 ° C in a large glass.
