Our Merlot IGT Veneto without added sulphites and organic fully interprets our company philosophy characterized by the desire to respect the environment and eliminate the use of chemicals, a challenge that we carry out every day with satisfaction and pride. A wine that comes from the best selection of grapes, healthy and uncontaminated, capable of releasing the best aromas. Characterized by delicate hints of red berry fruit. A balanced and rightly tannic wine, with environmentally friendly packaging.
Classic red vinification without the addition of sulfur dioxide. After a selection of the best Merlot grapes, fermentation is activated with selected yeasts that produce low sulfur dioxide and takes place with the skins at a temperature of 25°C for a week. Subsequently the wine is filtered in a sterile manner and stored in temperature-controlled tanks to avoid possible oxidation.
Dark red color tending towards purplish. Full-bodied, full-bodied bouquet with delicate hints of red berried fruit. Velvety, soft and harmonious wine, rightly tannic.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Residual Sugar: 3 gr/lt

The entire line of sulphite-free wines is dressed in a label produced in recycled paper made with 15% pomace from the cellar's grapes and whose remaining paper contains 40% post-consumer recycled fibers and 45% virgin cellulose. The dragonfly is the testimonial of this line.
