Rosso di Valtellina DOC at 400-600 m asl Average yield per hectare 8,500 kilograms of grapes.
HOW TO SERVE IT
Alcohol content: 13.5%. Serving temperature 15° Glass - Ballon Appetizers, cured meats, elaborate first courses and lean meats.
