"LE SALINE" VERMENTINO DI GALLURA SUPERIORE DOCG
Le Saline is a highly prestigious wine, the result of continuous research for a top-level product.
A meticulous selection of grapes harvested in the rockiest and sandiest areas of our vineyards and left the necessary time to allow the over-ripening of the grapes, which gives the wine the unmistakable aroma that characterizes it. The fermentation process begins in steel barrels and then ends in barriques, where it remains for about 12 months. This final phase gives the wine the elegant note of oak wood which accompanies the intense aromas of ripe and exotic fruit.
Intense straw yellow in color, it accompanies important and well-structured dishes of fish and meat and risottos and aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 10°-12°C.
