NOTES OF THE WINEMAKER
PIWI are grape varieties resistant to fungal diseases. They are the result of constant research
of man and of a selection, which has been going on for several decades, of GMO-free crossings between
Vitis Vinifera (wine varieties) and Virginia creeper (disease resistant
fungi), admitted to all effects for the production of quality wines. The advantage
is the minimum number of treatments carried out and the consequent environmental impact
for their cultivation.
A classic white vinification is carried out for this wine. After which the wine rests and refines on its native yeasts for about 4 months until the moment of bottling, before which it is filtered.
Straw yellow with intense greenish reflections. Floral notes prevail on the nose with slight balsamic and aromatic hints. Light hints of apple, peach, ripe apricot and vanilla. A fresh flavor on the palate with a balanced acidity. Elegant wine.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Residual Sugar: 2 gr/lt
