DESCRIPTION
A perfect balance between history and vision: Edoardo Pi is the Chianti Colli Senesi Docg of Casale III, of organic quality. A Tuscan red that combines the tradition of a fine production with the innovation of a new bottle dedicated to little Edoardo. Courage, responsibility, trust. An image that pays homage to the classic Tuscan heralds and expresses the ambition and energy of the personality of a little man of the future. Sangiovese is the undisputed king of red grape varieties, from which our wine is born. On the nose we recognize red fruits such as black raspberry and cherry and eucalyptus. In the mouth cherry and plum stand out, together with toasted notes reminiscent of vanilla. A harmonious, velvety wine with soft tannins.

VINIFICATION
Classic red vinification. The grape pulp remains in contact with the skins for two weeks. Subsequently, to extract more tannins, the solid part is separated from the liquid one. The wine will then refine in cement for 12 months and will then be bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Lively ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections. On the nose we recognize red fruits such as black raspberry and cherry and eucalyptus. In the mouth cherry and plum stand out, together with toasted notes reminiscent of vanilla. A harmonious, velvety wine with soft tannins.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 16-18°C.
