DESCRIPTION
Cartizze is the toponym that identifies an area of 106 hectares in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. The most widespread hypothesis on the origin of the name is that which derives the name from "gardizze", a term in the local dialect which indicates the trellises used for the overripeness of the grapes. Distributed in the hamlets of Saccol, San Pietro and Santo Stefano, Cartizze has a young, fruity aroma and a delicate taste.
