Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, it has intense hints of wildflowers and white peaches that reveal a vibrant vegetal note. Fresh with an inviting aromatic expression, on the palate it is pleasant with a dry, harmonious and slightly bitter taste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is also recommended with vegetables in pinzimonio, fish dishes, seafood and herb risotto, asparagus and eggs and white meats.
