Pinot Bianco has a pale straw yellow color and greenish reflections, the nose opens with fruity notes of banana, pear, pineapple and the mouth closes with a direct sip with a fresh and elegant taste.
The harvested grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, the must is decanted for a day and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°/18° for 10/15 days. After decanting, battonage operations are carried out for a few months in order to increase the aroma and body of the wine.
Wine that wants to make room among aperitifs, appetizers and fish-based first courses thanks to its freshness of drinkability. Also try it with tartare!
