DESCRIPTION
From Glera grapes from the Valdobbiadene hills, here is a reminder of the ancestral tradition. The bottled wine undergoes a process of spontaneous refermentation which leads to the "prise de mousse". What is obtained is a dry, fruity and harmonious wine, cloudy and with a slight deposit of yeasts at the bottom of the bottle.
It is a particular product both in terms of production and taste. It's chameleonic. The natural spontaneous refermentation in the bottle makes it rich in olfactory nuances and easy to combine with various dishes.
SENSORY DESCRIPTION
On the nose we perceive particular fresh hints of bread crust and yeast with light fruity notes. On the palate, a real explosion of gustatory sensations that harmonize thanks to the presence of the protein part released by the yeast, thus giving the taster sensations of balance, softness and persistence. The peach almond note in the finish is an indication of typicality.
