"FACCIA DI BOTTE" RABOSO DOC
Three years of aging in oak and chestnut barrels to then find in the mouth the ideal temple to express all the power and austerity of its flavor. Reference to the ancient river beds, to the stones, to the sun.
A ruby red emotion that lasts and then surprises with notes of violet.
Sensory profile: Intense and dense ruby color, with incipient garnet reflections, very consistent. Layered aromas are granted a little at a time: persuasive sensations of cherries in jam, plum, undergrowth, dark chocolate and rhubarb. Taste impact of marked freshness, denotes vigor and highly respectable tannic texture. Long fruity persistence.
