"FACCIA DI BOTTE" RABOSO DOC
Three years of aging in oak and chestnut barrels to then find the ideal temple in the mouth to express all the power and austerity of its flavour. Reference to the ancient riverbeds, to the stones, to the sun. A ruby red emotion that lasts and then surprises with notes of violet.
Intense and dense ruby color, with incipient garnet reflections, very consistent. Stratified aromas are given a little at a time: persuasive sensations of cherry jam, plum, undergrowth, dark chocolate and rhubarb. Taste impact of marked freshness, denotes vigor and respectable tannic texture. Long fruity persistence.
