Botter was founded by Carlo Botter and his wife Maria in 1928 in Fossalta di Piave, a small town in the province of Venice. It was born as a small commercial activity in the Veneto area for the sale of wine in barrels and demijohns to retailers.
Towards the end of the 1950s, with the entry into the company of the second generation, Arnaldo and Enzo, the marketing of bottled wines began.
Good wine is well known, it needs time, a lot of time, to transmit its qualities; but it also requires constant dedication and commitment. Few products are able to tell the story of a country: wine is one of those, and its story encompasses knowledge and skills.
Botter boasts a tradition of almost a hundred years and it was the careful hands of three generations that poured all the knowledge, passion and creativity that this product requires into this art.
Luca, Annalisa and Alessandro Botter (representing the third generation of the family) are now the references of the company and integrate their innovative and future-oriented vision with the centenary tradition of knowing how to make wine.
